She has worked as a writer, sub editor, editor and publisher of specialist magazines and newspapers and was a founding publisher of Australia's first personal computer magazine, Your Computer. Her Public Relations management experience includes senior roles with the Ford Motor Company and Mazda Australia. As Marketing and Communications Manager of the Confederation of Australian Motor Sport (CAMS), the governing body of motor sport within Australia, Sue's responsibilities included assisting in the comprehensive restructure of the sport, planning, contracts, media relations, issues and crisis management, and writing and publishing the many media releases, newsletters and magazines of the organisation. In 1996, Sue co-founded IntraCom Australia, a strategic e-business products and services company which focused on the strategic application of Internet technologies to improve business and communication processes. As Publishing and Communications Director of IntraCom, Sue conceived and developed the AutoNews media extranet, which became the Australian automotive industry’s media hub, with in excess of 85 percent industry involvement. AutoNews and IntraCom were both sold in 2001. Sue is currently a board director of CommandHub. The company’s core technology provides a highly secure web-based document distribution platform for sensitive material such as board papers, merger & acquisition documents and government papers. The company has a diversity of customers in the financial, government, resources and services sectors in Australia, Asia, Europe and the United States.
